Steve: How are you feeling?

Jo: Overall the day was very welcoming, fun, and quite profound. It's a lovely, safe environment. I feel that everybody is being very honest and themselves. It was very clearly structured and guided, with real substance to it.

Steve: What are you taking away from today that you didn't have before?

Jo: In terms of the substance, I've worked with Astra for a long time, so I just have this confidence that they know what they're talking about. It's part lived experience and part dedication to understanding things and how to approach things in a different way. I felt very confident that I would come away with something more than I arrived with. I think I'm taking away some practices that will not feel onerous. They'll feel very connected to what I do, why I do it, and the purpose. They are very aligned with, and not competing with, what I'm setting out to do.

Steve: Do you think it's going to make a difference?

Jo: Yes, absolutely. In a quiet, subtle, but transformative way.

Steve: Any other reflections or thoughts on the day that you want to share?

Jo: I think it's been really fun and that's made it all the more enjoyable. It's been a good group of people and a good dynamic.
